Enjoy a great workout at the 9:30AM CREWFit Hybrid/Strength Endurance Team Competition Class. Following the class at 10:45AM, stay for a 240-Meter Dash Challenge on the rowers. It’s a great way to practice for the Michelle’s Mighty Mission 24,000 Meter Row on Sept. 14. There is no charge to participate, but RSVPs are required. Reserve your spot here.
