Join us John Hopkins University and show off your organization or product in our expo! You’ll have a captive audience of 500+ riders, volunteers and spectators.
Set Up and Breakdown
Expo Set Up:
September 23rd – 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
September 23rd – 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
September 24th – 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
September 24th – 2:00 PM
Booths are charged per 10’ x 10’ space. Every effort is made to utilize space and create optimum display areas for all exhibitors. To give vendors maximum exposure to riders, the expo area is located between packet pickup and the food tent.
10’ x 10’ Booth (including tent) = $500
What is included in the booth price?
(1) Standard built white tent, 1) 8-foot table, (2) chairs and (2) -110V Power outlets
Banners may be hung from your tables and the tents. Printed materials may be distributed from your booth only.
Is there Internet connection?
There will not be dedicated Internet access at the village. Some groups bring wireless hotspots so they can have Wi-Fi access.
How many people attend 24 Foundation?
We will have 400 participants and 100 volunteers. Most participants bring friends/family to share the experience.
