Join us June 29th and 30th and show off your organization or product in our expo! You’ll have a captive audience of 500+ riders, volunteers and spectators.

Expo Set Up:

*Expo Set Up Instructions: Use parking pass to enter through Butler Way. Drop gear off prior to parking.
Friday, June 29th – 3:00PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday, June 30th – 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, June 29th – 7:00 PM
Booths are charged per 10’ x 10’ space. Every effort is made to utilize space and create optimum display areas for all exhibitors.
10’ x 10’ Booth (including tent) = $500
Expo Booths are no longer available for 2018
What comes with my booth?
10×10 Booth 1 Standard built white tent, 1 8-foot table, 2 chairs and 2 -110V Power outlets
Banners may be hung from your tables and the tents.
Printed and promotional* materials may be distributed from your booth only.
*Must be approved by 24 Foundation
Is there an Internet connection?
There will not be dedicated Internet access at the Bootyville. Some groups bring wireless hotspots so they can have Wi-Fi access.
How many people attend 24 Indianapolis?
We will have 400 participants and 150 volunteers. Most participants bring friends/family to share the experience.
