Packet pickup is a necessary step in kicking off your event weekend. You won’t be allowed on the course without it so don’t forget to stop by and take care of a little housekeeping before kicking off 24 hours of fun! Please see below for a few important notes regarding picking up your packet.
Early Packet Pick-up will be on Thursday, July 29th. Stay tuned for more details about location and time.
On-site packet pick up at the Bootyville registration tent will be from 1:00 pm – midnight on Friday, July 30th and from midnight – 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 31st.
Meet your Fundraising Minimum
All riders must meet the fundraising minimum before receiving their packet. You can meet your minimum online before coming to packet pickup, or you can bring your check and cash donations with you that day!
Bring your ID
All riders must pick up his or her own packet in person and show a photo ID in order to receive his or her own bib number and wristband. Spouses are allowed to pick up for each other with a copy of their partner’s photo ID. Parents may also pick up for their children. You will be required to wear your orange wristband once you pick up your packet.
All participants under 18 years old are required to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver to obtain their packets. These waivers will be available at Packet Pickup.
Everyone will receive their event t-shirt, bib number, any fundraising incentives earned, and a wristband. The wristband allows course access and entry to the food tent for meals and snacks!
