You won’t be allowed on the course without your bib and wristband so don’t forget to stop by and take care of a little housekeeping before kicking off 24 hours of fun! Please see below for a few important notes regarding picking up your packet.

Early Packet Pickup will be on Thursday, July 28th from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.

New this year, early packet pick-up will be located at Brewers at 4001 Yancey!

Fundraising Minimum

Fundraising is essential to a successful event. Please make sure that you have reached your fundraising minimum by the time you come to packet pickup. You will also receive any fundraising prizes that you may have earned when stopping by packet pickup.

Bring your ID

All riders must pick up his or her own packet in person and show a photo ID in order to receive his or her own bib number and wristband. Spouses are allowed to pick up for each other with a copy of their partner’s photo ID. Parents may also pick up for their children. You will be required to wear your wristband once you pick up your packet. Your wristband allows you on the course and into the food tent.

Child Waivers

All participants under 18 years old are required to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver to obtain their packets. These waivers will be available at Packet Pickup.
