Packet Pickup is an important and necessary step in kicking off your event weekend. You will not be allowed on the 24 Hours of Booty course without your bib and wristband so don’t forget to stop by and take care of a little housekeeping before kicking off 24 hours of fun! Please see below for a few important notes regarding picking up your packet.
Regular Packet Pickup will take place at the event on Friday, July 28 from 1:00 pm – midnight and Saturday, July 29 from 5:00 am – 3:00 pm. The Packet Pickup Tent is located in the expo area in the parking lot between Wellesley Ave and the Myers Park Traditional Soccer Fields. Just look for the tent that says check in here! Parking is located in the North Parking Deck.
This year, Early Packet Pickup will be on Thursday, July 27 from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm and held at Brewers at 4001 Yancey Rd., Charlotte, NC 28217.
Fundraising is essential to a successful event. Please make sure that you have reached your fundraising minimum by the time you come to packet pickup. You will also receive any fundraising prizes that you may have earned when stopping by packet pickup.
Adult Rider/Walker (18+) – $400 Youth Rider/Walker (12-17) – $200 Child Rider (8-11) – $50 Child Walker (4-11) – $50

You will be required to wear your wristband once you pick up your packet. Your wristband allows you on the course and into the food tent. Virtual “Unlooped” Participants do not receive a wristband, but are welcome to purchase meal tickets or wristbands online or at the Event Store if they’d like to join for a meal or three.
All participants under 18 years old will be required to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver in order to obtain their packets and participate in this year’s event. These waivers will be available at Packet Pickup.
