So often the things we need most in life are right in front of us if we simply slow down and take notice. Last month, 24 Foundation welcomed Mallory Walsh to our family as our Director of Fundraising and Recruitment. Her strong background as the former Director of Field Development for Autism Speaks over seven Midwestern states and as a manager and behavior therapist at Pediatric Psychology Associates demonstrated not only strong leadership skills but a natural love of helping people – something tremendously important to 24 Foundation.

In the short time Mallory has been with us she has exceeded all of our expectations and consistently demonstrated talents and abilities far beyond her current position. It soon became obvious to the Board and many in the organization that a change was in order, so it is with great pride and confidence we announce that Mallory has been named as the new Executive Director for 24 Foundation, effective immediately.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Curt Walton who has been simply exceptional as interim executive director. Curt has been invaluable in keeping our organization running smoothly and helping us reach the important decision in naming our new Executive Director.

Please join us in congratulating Mallory in her new position. We look forward to what we believe will be a very positive and long relationship – one that will produce substantial growth and success for 24 Foundation – as we fight as one against cancer.
