Amanda Meyers To my 24 Foundation Family,

When I was first introduced to 24 Foundation almost five years ago, I knew I was joining a force to be reckoned with, but little did I know that the next several years would lead me down a path that would change me forever.

This Friday will mark the end of one of the most extraordinary adventures of my life. It is very bittersweet for me to announce that I have accepted the position of Marketing and Communications Director at Susan G. Komen, and will be leaving 24 Foundation Friday, May 6th.

24 Foundation has been so much more than just a job to me. You will never know how much you—riders, volunteers, staff, board—mean to me. This has become a second family to me over the years and I can’t thank you enough for everything; for welcoming me with open arms, trusting me with your stories, tears, hugs and laughs, and leaving me with the sweetest words I could have imagined. You have all had such a profound impact on me, both professionally and personally.

Working at 24 Foundation has been one of the most rewarding, challenging, amazing and FUN experiences of my life. Although I will be stepping away professionally, you will still see me on the Booty Loop! I can’t wait to ride with you and watch the amazing things you will continue to do in the fight against cancer. The organization and riders are set up to amazing things this year, and I can’t wait to see you all accomplish your goals.

I am so proud to have been a small part of something so extraordinary.

Thank you for the memories,

Amanda Meyers
