A new team will be out on the Booty Loop in Indianapolis this year, and they are serious about kicking cancer!The Dragons are ready to ride and promise to save their fire-breathing talents for another time. They are a team composed of two close families with children who attend the same school.
Team captain, Michelle Folz has friends who have participated in 24 Foundation and she has also seen the orange signs around her community during event season. Michelle says they decided to get involved with 24 Foundation after talking with neighbors who encouraged them to join.
“The school where our children attend teaches students five pillars for success with one of them being civic responsibility, so fundraising in our community fit perfectly,” said Michelle Folz, captain of Team Dragons.
Her team consists of little and big dragons including three kids and four adults, with the youngest being seven and eight years-old. The youthful dragons will bring great energy to the event and they are all going to work together to encourage one another. The Dragons’ goal is simple -get each team member to ride to fight cancer.
The Dragons are inspired to ride knowing that each dollar they raise will help someone with cancer. This team understands that 24 Foundation is about coming together as a community to make a difference and have fun while doing it.
