Get ready for a week of PreGame fun before we go UnLooped on July 24th and 25th. Beginning Friday, July 17th, we’ll be rolling out daily activities and challenges for you, your family, and teams to complete while raising funds and getting excited for UnLooped! Each day we’ll include events that challenge you physically (marked with a *), engage your kids (marked with a ^), and support our mission (marked with a +), so you’ll have 3 ways to engage with us. When you participate, we invite you to share what you’re doing with photos and videos on your social channels inviting friends to donate to your fundraising page and using the hashtag #24UnLooped.
We’ll be releasing details of every activity every day of our PreGame week, but here’s an at-a-glance schedule to get you ready!
Friday, July 17th:
Chalk Your Walk^
Sign up for a Wind River teatime +
Do 240 squats * (you can break these up however you choose throughout the entire day!)
Saturday, July 18th:
Decorate your bike helmet^
Buy canned goods for the Hospitality House pantry+
D0 24 minutes worth of planks* (again, break these up however you choose!)
Sunday, July 19th:
Complete our 24 Foundation scavenger hunt^
Participate in an LCI Tai Chi Mike experience+
Complete a 24 minute workout programmed by our executive director, Katy*
Monday, July 20th:
Build an obstacle course to navigate^
Create a piece of artwork to send to a family member or friend+
Complete 240 pushups* (breaking them up however you choose!)
Tuesday, July 21st:
Make cards for patients at Levine Children’s Hospital^
Write a letter encouraging caregivers+
Complete 240 sit-ups* (however you choose!)
Wednesday, July 22nd:
Do 100 jumping jacks ^ (kids can do these however they choose throughout the day!)
Film a short video of encouragement for those living with cancer+
Complete our 24 minute AMRAP boot camp*
Thursday, July 23rd:
Create a splash station to stay cool^
Decorate your luminaries and invite your neighbors to do the same+
Walk or run 2.4 miles*
Friday, July 24th:
Cook an all-orange meal together^
Share your 24 “Why” on your social media pages and tag 24 Foundation using #24UnLooped+
Take an online yoga or stretching class to warm up for UnLooped*
